Boy that's a hard one to say...I left at 4:40 this afternoon from Pauahi and the water was up to the fence by the road again...there was a cop directing traffic 'cause the traffic lights were dead on that part of Kamehameha...
Just as a side note - Kahaopea (sp?) has some HUGE potholes that fill up with water and fool you and you drive through them and bend your rims (this actually happened to someone Tony works with). I only spotted said pothole (which was big enough to eat a VW minibus) because the SUV in front of me took a dip into it.

We didn't buy any real estate either, go figure.

Oh I'm so glad it was open! Pauahi was closed in the morning, but open on the way home...street light out. Those vendors are die-hards!! Way to go!
