I have seen a few adult tricycles around but can't find anyone that sells them and Amazon won't ship them here. Any ideas?

Couple bike shops in hilo that sell bikes... maybe see if they can order you one.

I shopped for one a few years back with same results, hard to find, but after researching I was put off by stories about how they have a lousy turn radius and that a lot of people tumble over. You might want to look into that. Google "adult tricycle danger" for more. I would still consider it, but I'd try one before purchasing one at this point.
