Olelo will be live streaming the keynote presentations for the Hawaii Ag Conference on Channel 53, Tuesday, August 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.:
* Nainoa Thompson of the Polynesian Voyaging Society
* President Hilda Heine of the Marshall Islands
* Ben Hartman, author of “The Lean Farm.”
Hawaii Ag Conference which is being held on August 29 & 30 at the Hawaii Convention Center. More than 500 attendees from around the state will be attending. This year’s conference will host the highest contingency of students ever, in an effort to grow the next generations of farmers and food producers.

I got excited until I noticed the conference was on weekdays. If anybody goes and they have a suggestion box, kindly suggest having it on days when everybody who wants to go isn't at work.
