Proof that snails can't go backwards - terracore - 11-23-2017
Below is a picture of a young Giant African Snail who started up a Crown of Thorns plant (the base of the stem was covered in smooth moss, but that quickly gave way to thorns)

It made it a surprising distance before the thorns finally did it in.
