How is it that we're paying $320M/year to staff the County, yet always have to bring in "experts" for "reviews" and "studies"? Just dump the stuff on the side of the road, since nobody seems to have or want the facilities we need for an increasingly populated island in the middle of the Pacific. Just remember- keep it country, and the land is (in certain circumstances) sacred as long you are not a well connected developer.
