Anyone interested in these trees? - Wao nahele wahine - 01-19-2018 I am at a loss for words... https://honolulu.craigslist.org/big/for/d/beautiful-mature-chocolate/6465897627.html WahineRE: Anyone interested in these trees? - mermaid53 - 01-19-2018 Me too. RE: Anyone interested in these trees? - EightFingers - 01-19-2018 Chocolate Albizia is a very nice wood. It’s used in wood turning and furniture. They shouldn’t have any problem getting takers for that tree. RE: Anyone interested in these trees? - TomK - 01-19-2018 I don't think anyone is going to buy a fully grown albizia tree to plant it in their lot. I might be wrong but suspect the owner is finding a way to get rid of them for other purposes, such as furniture. I may well be wrong, but it might be a clever way to rid their property of albizia trees without paying thousands of dollars to get them chopped down and removed. RE: Anyone interested in these trees? - Durian Fiend - 01-20-2018 I hadn't heard of this variety of Albizia before. Winkler woods would probably take them for the right price. RE: Anyone interested in these trees? - leilanidude - 01-20-2018 I don't think anyone is going to buy a fully grown albizia tree to plant it in their lot. ---------- They aren't asking anyone to take the trees and replant them. the key word is "harvest" as in cut down. |
