To get a sense of the difference between vehicle fuel cost on Hawaii and the mainland, so people can compare cost of living, the following are current fuel cost in the metro Denver area:
All prices are commercial retail pump prices:
B-20 $3.60 (does not include tax credit rebate)
B-100 $3.60 (does not include tax credit rebate)
E-85 $1.99
CNG $1.72 (estimated per gallon equivalent - does not include tax credit rebate)
Diesel $3.49
87 Gasoline $2.92
92 Gasoline $3.09
How does this compare to the Big Island?
