Can y’all please help out this girl yet again? Husband and I want to start building on our lot in HPP this year. We’re going to be in Hawaii in May, and would like to meet with contractors then. We’re looking to build a post and pier home.
Can y’all give us any recommendations for a fair and honest contractor?
Is it even possible to get entire project completed for $150,000 to $200,000 max (not including lot), or are we just dreaming?
We can do tiling and painting ourselves, but that’s about it. We also plan on moving to Big Island once building begins.
