Fire in HPP - EightFingers - 05-05-2018 Coming back from the transfer station in Keaau and saw a plume of black smoke coming from HPP. Soon after firetuck and ambulance passed us and turned down Kaloli. Looked the fire was on 27th between Kaloli and Paradise. This was about 11:30 am. RE: Fire in HPP - JG-HPP - 05-06-2018 Yesterday I saw a guy doing a "controlled" burn at about 17th & Kaloli. He does it quite a bit, even though illegal.
