Red Ash - mella l - 05-06-2018 Hello Punaweb! Wow what a week you've had! Watching from afar I'm curious if there is a lot of red ash spread around the island. I'm curious about the Eden Roc area which is the closest sub division to Pu'u O'o I think. mella l Art and Science Our Future bytheSEA RE: Red Ash - Guest - 05-06-2018 ALOHA !!!! + hugs Mella L. Long time no see. No ash in town to be noticed. RE: Red Ash - mella l - 05-06-2018 Thank you RWR good to hear! Hoping Pele has a cooling off period in her near future, but hoping that Lo`ihi pokes it's nose above the waves! mella l Art and Science Our Future bytheSEA RE: Red Ash - Peter Epperson - 05-06-2018 Drove by Namakani Paio on the highway near the national park yesterday. The air was the thickest I'd ever seen. Looked like those pictures of Beijing on a bad air day. There was s tretch of the highway that had a layer of ash on it. When a semi came past me going the opposite direction it created a big pink trailing cloud. Strange and disturbing conditions. |
