The easiest way to recognize it are the big orange aviation threat markers on the power lines. ETA: They look kind of like big pumpkins on the power lines. I didn't stop and look, so I don't have any information about who is doing the work, but there were a lot of them, on a holiday. In the 80's-90's was used by DEA for Marijuana eradication and has since become overgrown. The work being done now is to create a place for evacuating people if the need arises.
