Good VW/German car mechanic ? - Adam79 - 03-20-2008
Hey all,
Can anybody recommend a good VW mechanic? I recently picked up an 04 Golf and would like to find a place to get all my maintenance done. We usually take the Jeep to Nicks Garage. While they do a good job, I'd prefer to find a shop that specializes in German motors. They don't have to be cheap, just good. I've found that cheap import mechanic is a bit of an oxymoron anyhow. Oh and its not a diesel (unfortunately)

John and Randy at Pahoa Auto Repair(Behind Pahoa Auto Parts)may be just who you're looking for. They did a great job on a Mercedes of mine awhile back. They are expensive, but good.

howdy.. bears automotive in hilo.. these are the vw people on the island. this is where bigisland vw club meets and does most of work in this area...
