The office is closed until further notice. @ people in the parking lot told me that Hilo was also down.

I think one sqlite database and restful API could handle the whole island, maybe the state.

The problem is in server on Oahu..all motor vehicle registrations in the state are down.
Edited to add: of course, moments after posting this, it appears the State server is back up and running...
