Flooded intersections on Maku'u - Royall - 08-25-2018
If this was reported elsewhere, sorry but the intersection at 11th and Maku'u is up to the bottom of the door of my Ford Ranger and one car was stuck at the edge of the lake. Same for 12th. I haven't seen 12 backed up for about 9 years. Be careful
