Did ANY homes in Kapoho survive? I remember seeing a couple at the very edge near the ocean (north end). Any make it?

No official info from county.Smiley Burrows is collecting signatures on petition for getting access for "lots of beatiful home and farms".It is more than 1500 now,both online and in person .
There was a meeting on BI video news about getting access with Eileen O'Hara.
Check youtube.Type "big island video news access road" or check Hawaii Tracker on FB, Oct.19.(No FB account required).

If you look at the google map it appears there are a couple structures on the north side near where champagne ponds used to be.
Only a couple out of hundreds.

I don't know where Smiley found "lots of homes" in Kapoho she mentioned on her FB page.In BI news she said she also owns a home in Leilani.
May be she includes Leilani kipuka too.

I like how a few Puna residents are "entitled" to have the County spend countless thousands of taxpayer dollars on a road to the house.

Access to a lot is required by law. The access was there, was destroyed and needs to be restored.
