I never heard of that, is that what they use to ship to mainland? Are you saying that the seal that they use isn't good to prevent theif?

I looked on line for the twist locks Amazon and other places have them priced from $25-60.

I looked there too. but they dont like to ship to Hawaii. Considering the amount of container traffic to and from I figured it is worth asking to see if anyone had a few they wanted to part with.

Have them shipped to Hawaiian Express on the mainland and H.E. will put them in a container and bring them over.
