Mahalo Sviatlana Burko RE: Looking room For Rent - Mimosa - 01-14-2019 First - last and damage= full law enforcement check- month to month only . A signed agreement and full time employment along with 30 verifiable recent references and get in line. RE: Looking room For Rent - TomK - 01-14-2019 Going through the process right now. I'm dealing with this company right now: https://www.day-lumrentals.com/residential/ and they have been very professional. If you apply there's a $20 fee for a credit check but it's a one-off fee, you can check other rentals via their site once you're approved. I didn't need to provide 30 references. Craigslist has some rentals as well but I prefer to go through a reliable company even if it costs a little more. Recent thread about this with more info: http://www.punaweb.org/Forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=25706 RE: Looking room For Rent - leilanidude - 01-15-2019 First - last and damage ------------ It is illegal in Hawaii to collect anything more than first month rent and a deposit, that cannot be more than the monthly rent. However, a separate pet deposit can be required if a pet is to be kept. RE: Looking room For Rent - Mimosa - 01-15-2019 We know the laws - and not renting our spare places. Ohana only. 600 to 800 a month is dreaming , hope they have return tickets |
