Pahoa: $600,000 to plan and design a wastewater treatment plant, provided the county provides matching funds equaling 20 percent of state funds
So that's moving forward. Should be interesting.

Wonder how many and which homes and businesses would be forced to sign up, at what price and what monthly fee. That would be good to know.
