I signed up and it took my Puna address. It shows no restaurants available but on the other hand they don't go live until tomorrow so we'll have to wait and see.
Looks like similar concept to SHIPT but restaurant food instead of groceries.
Eta: Looks like it's Hilo only for now but the app says "coming soon" for our address.

By coincidence we just had a shipt delivery and asked if she knew anything about doordash. As a matter of fact, she had just signed up with them. She thinks that they will expand their delivery zone just like shipt did, after they get enough drivers rolled out.
FYI Uber Eats and Grub Hub are also eyeing this area.
