In my travels when working, I've noticed a big increase of AV's on the side of the roads and in the jungle. I mean, a lot!

There's a surcharge on vehicle registration that supposedly goes into a which allegedly will be used to remove abandoned vehicles. I wonder where that money went?

Where did the money go? Maybe into the pockets of the dirty drug addict cops or the corrupt politicians looking to dismiss their charges.
