I'm only aware of 3 places on the island to get: Mirandas, Dels, and Waimea feed supply.
I've never seen panels locally any taller than ~50 inches, but that doesn't mean they don't sell them. On the East side we've had best luck ordering odd fencing sizes from Mirandas. Dells has a tough enough time stocking the stuff they claim to have in stock.
Don't buy any fencing items from Home Depot.
