You're beyond the distance limit for ADSL, you will need IDSL (not offered) or HDSL (expensive) unless you can convince Telcom to bring it from the next road (around the corner, or behind your lot).
There's always Spectrum, right? Because competition.

My brother gave up the ghost this week. After using HT's basic DSL for years he got tired of waiting for an upgrade to fiber so he dropped his DSL and signed up with Spectrum yesterday. So, competition, sort of...
I'd happily drop my 400 tier from Spectrum for HT fiber. Alas, all iterations of Hawaiian Tel have been massively slow to improve the network on this Island.
Yet, Im still signed up to be notified when "TV" is available from HT, because I guess I'm a sucker.
