Mermaid Ponds - waawaawah - 11-16-2019
Article in Big Island Video news reports on Council looking into purchase of land at Mermaid Ponds. Council member balks at purchase do to proximity to recent flow. She states flow less than 1/4 mile to said property. "Mermaid Pond" property is more like 2 miles from recent lava flow and is in Lava Flow 3.
