I routinely pass people with dark cloths on walking with traffic, and either on or very near the pavement. They apparently have more faith in the average driver on the road at night than St Peter had in Jesus. I have passed people who I first became aware of when they appeared in the passenger side window. Add to that the blinding white headlights that are locked on high beam and I am surprised the body count is as low as it is. |
