I'm keeping an open mind here: how is all construction considered essential, as opposed to case by case emergency projects? I know people still doing home improvements across town because "it's on the list".
Ige's little hookup to his union buddies? Hey, only 20% of the infected are likely to wind up in the ICU, right?
