Amazon Orders - 1voyager1 - 03-31-2020
Been placing small orders often recently.
Looking for reasons to avoid going to town to shop.
Have gotten pretty good fulfillment until the last 2 orders.
Orders have been arriving surprisingly fast recently.
Instead of what had become usual, arriving a day early, the next to the last order parts were beginning to become late by a day or two.
The last order, still in progress 1 part arrived on time, all the othwers will be late.
One seems to be stuck in NJ for almost a week now.
Amazon looks like it's beginning to fold.
Added complication, P.O. now refuses to go down driveways if they have to turn around.

Amazon beginning to fold? They could be making more money than ever now. I don't see how they couldn't be.

Post office, UPS and fedex are experiencing higher volumes of shipping than at Christmas time. Expect delays as the shipping companies try to cope with the extreme overload. They did not plan to deliver groceries to every home in the US.

Just placed an Amazon order and delivery was 1 month, even for Prime.

A month for me too. If it's not "essential" they are setting a month out as an arbitrary delivery date.

I just ordered some breath mints. It says "Arriving Thu, Apr 16 by 8pm". That's not a month but longer than usual.

I ordered a pack of flashlight batteries two days ago, it is supposed to arrive this Saturday.
Today ordered a 4-pack Jacob's Cream Crackers, it says it will arrive on the 10th of this month.
I was also going to order Hario coffee paper filters, it says it will be here at the beginning of May. didn't put in the order yet.
The last two orders I made last month, both arrived in six days.

Mine have all been between 3 and 9 days, 15 orders in the last month or so. My last order was a uv lamp for my catchment tank, ordered 5 days ago, sent ups 2 day air today. Granted, the 3 or 4 day delivery days are gone for now, but times have changed.
