Punaweb registrations change - Rob Tucker - 07-19-2020
As we relaunched PW I left the registration wide open for self registration to make it easier for members to get back on board.
With the repeating spammer showing up under different names I have now reset registration to require administration (me) approval.
We will see how this rolls... until I can find a more simple means of blocking the spam.

Thank you for making the effort to control this annoying problem. Hopefully it will work without discouraging legitimate participation.
