The COVID-19 Prediction Review - HereOnThePrimalEdge - 10-28-2020 In the early stages of the COVID-19 outbreak, Februaryish, we here on Punaweb (and elsewhere) made a lot of guesses about what we would face in the future. I only remember a few, so if you recall more please add to the thread. The Prediction - mass looting and violence would break out The Reality - average burglaries and physical abuse continued, perhaps additional domestic violence The Prediction - the real estate market would collapse, and home values plummet The Reality - sales slowed for a time, but have recovered, home prices increased Obviously we’re not through this thing yet, but I think we’re going to make it.
