DWS waiting 382 days (and counting) for some permits from Building.
It's OK though, because DWS can simply continue to pass the HELCO surcharge along to customers, and that whole State effort to wean us from imported power is really just a guideline.

We love this island -and as most may or may not know - most of the scum rises to the top , that said - the state of Washington is FAR worse than this islands county govt - as we resided in Washing machine state before coming back home and each county in said state even more convoluted in their neighboring county bar nun.

Did you do any Puna-style unpermitted construction in Washington? Any counties friendly to that?
I always thought I could just disguise my home with stacks of empty apple crates stacked 10 high...
