I'm selling a turn key expandable container home. It's a brand new 2 bedroom 1 bath with kitchen. It's wired for electrical and already plumbed, it includes all the fixtures and cabinets. Fold it open, install the flooring and you have a complete home. The container home is not permitable unless you put it on a trailer. The county will not permit it as is.
