What happened to the guard rails on Saddle Road? - terracore - 01-29-2022
On the Hilo side. There is about a mile where the guard rails look like there was an epic Road Warrior battle. Both sides of the road, but mostly on the downhill side.
ETA: It was answered on a reddit page. A runaway truck used it to slow down.
