Do the state laws for the maximum gallons per minute apply when on a private well or catchment? Will the inspector have something to say about that during final?

Laws and inspections are irrelevant; simply remove the flow restriction after final (if you can).

Oh yeah for sure! I didn’t know if it applies to if you were on catchment or other private means. I was able to purchase the lower flow and compliant shower head. I could understand the law a little more if it were county water.
