Aloha! I've been lurking this forum for a long time and appreciate all the great advice!
I need to get a driveway cleared and house pad graded, and I was wondering if I could get any recommendations on who to use? My lot is in-town in Pahoa and although I don't think I'll need to excavate enough to require a permit, I'd want to get a professional's opinion.
I'm planning on pulling a permit to build as well, but I want to clear a space and driveway in advance if I can get away with it.
