The main question is did anyone drink and drive? Is it true that the police contacted the State Capitol? If so, was it to warn them not to drive under the influence? That action seems perfectly reasonable to me. However, I don't think this is all that it seems, especially if this was some kind of set-up by Hussey-Burdick. As for drinking alcohol and partying in the Capitol, I have no idea if that's allowed or not. Even if it is, it's not a good look.
