urgent dental care - Lokahi - 09-13-2008
I just arrived on island and have not established care with a dentist. I have an infected tooth that is raging and needs antibiotics ASAP. Any recommendations please? I am in HSRE- Pahoa.

There is a dentist in Pahoa Dr. Bob Layman 965-7444, he is open some Saturdays, has been recommended be some punaweb members. Chris Igawa 935-8909 in Hilo, usually open Saturdays till about 1.00 pm, he is good, might be able to take you, or have a suggestion where you can go.

There is a dentists office at the Prince Kuhio center in the satalite wing next to Quizno's. Open 7 days a week...and they take emergencies. Had a partial root canal done there as a walk in when my tooth was infected.
