We have a friend arriving from the Marshall Islands. He will be here for a few days and would like to see land in Puna area (1/2 acre +) to buy. Do you have any you're selling. Would be cash if right deal is found.
Building owner-built home in Nanawale. Wife will join me when we get it to the "dry" stage.

Agreed. I was there this weekend and looked at at least fourty lots, there are some real good deals there, even within the "most preferred area" of Plats 18 to 24.
