Holly Molly.... the whole house is shakig! They are delivering rock and leveling out an area in front of our house to make up for the mess the original grader did .... just to put in the staircase.
Whoa!!! While they are at it I am having another small driveway ripped and a greenhouse pad laid. Work work work..... Pam

I had to laugh at the thought of a Hawaii teacher being a millionaire... no way would anyone put up with teaching if you had that $$$!

Oh, my.... the dozer has been broken since day two and the three day job is a week in now, and still not finished. Most instructions haven't been followed. Eeeekkkkk.
The actual stair building guy has done well so far. He told the dozer guys they had one day and then they could work around him, so that they have agreed to do and the building of stairs has begun with wood being cetol sealed and the first cement pier/platforms poured.
Horray for Hazen... at least something is happening!
And Carey, millionower... I like that... well, I don't LIKE that but you know what I mean.. clever!
