construction contract laywer recommendation? - hooligal - 09-04-2007 folks, I've been asked to find a lawyer who specializes in writing construction contracts for the *contractor* (not the owner). Specifically, someone who knows about the lien process...what lien info needs to be in a standard contract & is willing to explain the lien requirements in plain old english. Any suggestions? Big Island is preferred. Mahalo! RE: construction contract laywer recommendation? - loffelkopffl - 09-04-2007 have you tried to find one online? RE: construction contract laywer recommendation? - hooligal - 09-04-2007 yup, but I always prefer the referral of a punatic over randomly choosing someone from a google search RE: construction contract laywer recommendation? - jdirgo - 09-05-2007 Talk to Al Konishi -- he's a good attorney for real estate in general and could probably refer you to someone who does these kinds of contracts, if he's not experienced with it.
