construction contract laywer recommendation? - hooligal - 09-04-2007

folks, I've been asked to find a lawyer who specializes in writing construction contracts for the *contractor* (not the owner). Specifically, someone who knows about the lien process...what lien info needs to be in a standard contract & is willing to explain the lien requirements in plain old english. Any suggestions? Big Island is preferred.
Mahalo!

Talk to Al Konishi -- he's a good attorney for real estate in general and could probably refer you to someone who does these kinds of contracts, if he's not experienced with it.
