Appliance repairman - Rob Tucker - 12-21-2007 I had problem with my refridgerator and called Sears. They couldn't get to me for a week. I called Appliance Repair Service in Hilo and spoke to a man named Logan. He was kind enough to help me diagnose the problem over the phone and I was able to get it done myself this morning. To return the favor I want to recommend Logan to everyone. Thank you Logan. 961-3507 RE: Appliance repairman - Kelena - 12-21-2007 Thank you, Rob. Skilled help is hard to find. RE: Appliance repairman - David M - 12-21-2007 Thanks Rob Seems a bit ridiculous that Sears takes a week!!!!!!!! Had same problem. Somewhat by accident I got it going again, Sears guy showed up as scheduled (only come this area Tues & Fri), decides I need a new thermostat, has to order it of course, and schedules a return visit to install it for the following week. Different repairman shows up, decides thermostat is NOT the problem, makes the repair he deems necessary. So basically 2 weeks. David Ninole Resident |
