Owner/Builder Advice - Tolleys - 05-04-2008
We are through the, drafting & design, permit process, well drilling, septic, foundation (slab), 75% framing, early plumbing & electrical. As a result, we have some valuable information on contractors, materials, equipment rental etc - both good and bad to share. Tolleys, am presently in escrow, will certainly be interested in any real time info you might have!
First up would be sepic, and what would be involved in same, I'll need 2, some miles apart! Will include driveway work, leach field and general excavation as necessary!
Any help would be appreciated!

To all who have requested information - sorry for the delay!
I have been very busy getting ohia poles ready to support a roof that goes up next week! In addtion there have been quite a few requests for information! As a result, I have decided to put together an "info-paper" that I can mail to you all. That way I can update the paper and re-send with the updates as our prohject moves along! So, be looking for this paper later in the week or over the weekend...

Can anyone give me a ballpark figure on clearing 8000SF site (house only- not pin to pin) and installing septic? Does fee usually include tank? Permits? Help getting permits?
