Aloha,everyone!
I was told that that kind of problem happens rarely (1% out of a hundred).
But I'd like to know if that happened to any of you and how it was handled.
If there is a written contract with the price of the project
specified,how the complication is supposed to be handled?
I would appreciate your input.Thank you in advance.

When are you moving? You need to get over here and learn stuff here before you over-rev that brain! How boring your adventure would be if you already learned it all on Punaweb!
BTW. Costs of unforseeable extras are on the homeowner.
