a friend on o'ahu is selling her mother's home and told us today that there's some new law out there whereby the seller is mandated to tent the house?

John or John, please correct me if this is wrong, but isnt that a mandate for a termite inspection, and then treatment only IF they find termites?

KC: i went over and over our purchase contract and it says exactly that. i don't know where that friend got her information from. maybe she's got us stressed out over nothing?!
