I don't know if it is a good deal or not, but I bought Areca Palm clumps (with 5 to 8 sprouts in each pot) for $5 each. We just planted six along the driveway and probably need to buy at least 12 more.... but digging, planting, making wire cages to keep the animals out, cuttint wiwi to make wood posts to hold the wire cages... six was enough for today!
If anyone knows of a better deal, let me know. These guys have hundreds and maybe thousands of these things they want to sell. Totally root bound but I figure what the heck; quick spread int he ground!

Pam...just an FYI on Areca's...i read that the nettle caterpillar likes them
