As well as the general growing seasons of most of the stuff talked about on Punaweb. I suppose if you know the germination times and the time it takes for the various produce to mature you could subtract the time from when the poster shows. It is a nice poster though and helpful. Most tree fruits bear when it is the season for that variety, but there are ways known and being developed to modify harvest time to at least some extent. As I was at the Bon Dance, I re-thought the post, and yes it is just showing when it's available. I forgot about the actual growing time it takes to get to market[] I would think that by using this chart.... you could also figure out when the best time to plant things would be... but I guess you can't really figure that out unless you know the growth times of each thing listed.[^] ------- It is the way, the way it is
