My niece suggested art supply/gallery, there are so many artists here, at least 6 of some renown on my street alone. Furniture and household goods are always in demand too, new or used.

Hi all!
My husband Richard just read this, and is considering the idea of a storefront art gallery himself after we are there. This would give local artists an outlet for their work.

I think a pizza delivery place would make a killing. I heard that Pizza Fresh is going in there, but they don't deliver. Or any kind of food place that delivered. Angela

Sounds very Pahoa!!! There are soooo many talented people in Puna...you will not have a hard time finding local artists. I'm so pleased at the level of aloha that exists on this forum as well. So many very friendly people not afraid to help others or lend a hand or share an experience. I can't wait to be among you!
