I. GOALS & OBJECTIVES:
1. Provide list of recommendations to Steering
Committee which encompass Village Centers, Village Design Districts & responses from groups & others
2. Develop Mission Statement
3. Review past plans & goals/e.g. Kailua-Kona is a Design District
A. How to do it/Make it easier
B. Design district can not only preserve but be the
goal
C. Recommendation to County to encourage design
districts
D. Large landowners can do it on their own
otherwise codes need to address
