Interesting tidbit since I know we discuss what a persons salary should be -
Here is the ratio of pay CEO vs Average Worker in each country
Japan 11:1
Germany 12:1
France 15:1
Italy 20:1
Canada 20:1
South Africa 21:1
Britain 22:1
Mexico 47:1
Venezuela 50:1
United States 475:1
And they cant afford to raise minimum wage huh ?

If *they* raise the minimum wage, then *you* will pay more.
Like some others mentioned here on punaweb, raising it is a tax scam.
Social security/medicare tax will get more money, sales taxes (GET) will get more when inflation kicks in, unions will demand that they get raises for their people since they used to make "X" amount above minimum and now they are making less than "X" above it, etc.
Then where does that leave the rest of us, except for paying more for the same goods and services we used to get?
