I’m looking for recommendations for the best place or person to get a tattoo. I have a few and looking for a new one for my birthday. (Local and original)
Heard good and bad about Habitat in Pahoa. I saw one she did and it was drop dead beautiful. There’s a bunch in Hilo.
Pleas advise…..

Got mine from Steve Cotten @ Akaka falls Tatu, Honomu way back in '89, now at Rainbow falls tatoo, Hilo, ink still clear, does good work, don't know about Habitat.

I have two that were done by a guy named Thad on Kauai at Human Rites...maybe we'll have to hop over there after we move to get official - "I'm a local now" ink! The color is still so vibrant...

LOL Mella! I could do that...I have a sea turtle on my upper chest area and the last one I had done on my right ankle - I designed. It's a Celtic Cross encircled with Maile Mokihana and a yellow & red plumeria in the center of the Cross. I wanted to honor Kauai and my love for Irish lore...(my favorite half and also the half that used to get me in the most trouble!! Hehehehe).
