This will be different than my normal introductory herbal class in that the focus will be more practical than theoretical. Local plant remedies for bites & stings, bleeding, burns, cold & flu, cough, digestion, general bacterial infections, headache, impotence, injuries, insomnia & irritability, joint pain , low back pain low energy, lowered immunity, menstrual pain, menopause, migraines, pms, sore throat, stress, urinary tract infection will be covered.
