Hi - I was wondering whether anybody could give me some information on who to contact at the county in regards to public commenting on specific development projects. I'm currently off-island, hence a bit more difficult to get this information. Mahalo!

First likelihood is the Planning Department; for example, for a project where there is a subdivision or change in zoning, or such like.
That would be for the County.
However, at the state level it would might be Dept Land and Natural Resources ... ? depending on the project.
